Christopher Zanko is an emerging Artist from Wollongong, south of Sydney Australia.

His art making practice is largely focused around the buildings and infrastructure that make up our present landscape. Using practices such as woodcarving and printmaking combined with painting to depict the vernacular architecture, imbuing each structure with texture and body, so we may reflect on the state of these structures now as a mark of their historical past and power.

Christopher completed his Diploma in Fine Arts in 2012 at West Wollongong TAFE and continued study at Wollongong University, graduating 2016 with Distinction in Painting (BCA).
